Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • must be able to obtain credentials required by airport, state or customs authorities
  • possess a valid driver’s license
  • must be able to frequently lift more than 70 lbs and constantly lift up to 70 lbs
  • must be able to constantly push and pull up to 70 lbs
  • must be able to constantly walk, stand, reach above shoulder, climb, crawl, stoop, squat, kneel and bend
  • must be able to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime
  • must be willing to work in outside weather conditions including severe seasonal elements

Job Duties

  • Marshall arriving, departing and towed aircraft on the ramp
  • perform wing walker duties to protect aircraft wings during pushback and de-icing
  • load, unload, sort and transfer passenger baggage, airmail, freight and company material
  • operate ramp equipment including bag tugs, belt loaders, aircraft tow tractors, water servicing and lavatory servicing vehicles
  • perform cabin service duties such as cleaning lavatories and cabin, restocking supplies
  • adhere to all safety procedures and policies
  • complete work safely following company safety and operational standards
  • report safety and security incidents and potential hazards immediately in line with company policies
