Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- ability to lift and handle heavy baggage and cargo up to 50 lbs or more
- valid driver's license, must be maintained throughout employment in this role
- strong communication skills for coordinating with team members and flight crews
- flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends, holidays, and nights
- basic mechanical aptitude for operating ground support equipment
- ability to pass background checks and comply with airport security regulations
- attention to detail and a commitment to safety protocols
- fluently read, write, and speak the English language

Job Duties
- Load and unload cargo on and off aircraft
- transport cargo between terminals and aircraft
- perform aircraft marshalling upon arrival and departure
- safely operate ground support equipment including belt loaders, tugs, and carts
- perform ground service functions such as connecting and removing ground power and ground start units
- assist with aircraft pushback, wing walking, and related guide man functions
- maintain a secure and clean work environment
