- must be at least 18 years of age
- must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements
- possess a valid driver’s license

- six months of relevant work experience in the aviation or ground handling industry preferred
Job Duties
- Lead a team of agents in ramp service duties
- marshal the aircraft on the ramp for all arriving, departing, and towed aircraft
- perform wing walker duties to protect the aircraft wing during pushback and de-ice aircraft as required
- load, unload, sort, and transfer passenger baggage, airmail, freight, and company material in and out of aircraft bins, belt loaders, or baggage carts
- operate ramp equipment such as bag tugs, belt loaders, aircraft tow tractors, water servicing vehicles, and lavatory servicing vehicles
- perform cabin service duties including servicing the aircraft, cleaning lavatories and cabin, and restocking supplies
- monitor and enforce safe working conditions according to regulatory requirements and company policies
- promote and adhere to safety, anti-harassment, and equal employment opportunity policies
- complete work in a safe and secure manner following company safety and operational standards
- immediately report safety and security incidents and potential hazards in line with company policies
