Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent education
  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements
  • possess a valid driver’s license

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent education
  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport, state, or customs requirements
  • possess a valid driver’s license
  • six months of relevant work experience in the aviation or ground handling industry preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead a team of agents in ramp service duties
  • marshal the aircraft on the ramp for all arriving, departing, and towed aircraft
  • perform wing walker duties to protect the aircraft wing during pushback and de-ice aircraft as required
  • load, unload, sort, and transfer passenger baggage, airmail, freight, and company material in and out of aircraft bins, belt loaders, or baggage carts
  • operate ramp equipment such as bag tugs, belt loaders, aircraft tow tractors, water servicing vehicles, and lavatory servicing vehicles
  • perform cabin service duties including servicing the aircraft, cleaning lavatories and cabin, and restocking supplies
  • monitor and enforce safe working conditions according to regulatory requirements and company policies
  • promote and adhere to safety, anti-harassment, and equal employment opportunity policies
  • complete work in a safe and secure manner following company safety and operational standards
  • immediately report safety and security incidents and potential hazards in line with company policies
