Job Requirements
- Must be able to frequently lift greater than 70 lbs and constantly lift up to 70 lbs
- able to constantly push and pull up to 70 lbs
- able to constantly walk, stand, reach above shoulder, climb, crawl, stoop, squat, kneel, and bend
- must be able to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
- must be willing to work in outside weather conditions including severe seasonal elements
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- must be at least 18 years old
- valid driver’s license
- ability to obtain required credentials per airport, state, or customs regulations
Job Duties
- Marshall arriving, departing, and towed aircraft on the ramp
- perform wing walker duties to protect aircraft wings during pushback and de-icing
- load, unload, sort, and transfer passenger baggage, airmail, freight, and company materials
- operate ramp equipment including bag tugs, belt loaders, aircraft tow tractors, water servicing and lavatory servicing vehicles
- perform cabin service duties such as cleaning lavatories, cabins, restocking supplies
- adhere to all safety procedures and policies
- complete work following company safety and operational standards
- report safety and security incidents and potential hazards as per company policies
