Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Possess and maintain a valid US driver’s license
- Pass all pre-employment testing including drug screen, FBI background check, and employment history verification
- Ability to proficiently read, write, and speak English
- Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to comfortably lift and move up to 70lbs repeatedly
- Willingness to work in outdoor weather conditions and near moving mechanical parts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in ground handling or logistics is advantageous
- Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently
- Valid US driver’s license
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Physical capability to perform heavy lifting and operate ground equipment
- Willingness to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Lift and move up to 70lbs of cargo and baggage on and off aircraft comfortably and continuously
- Transport cargo and baggage between aircraft, airport terminals, and air cargo facilities by driving specialized vehicles
- Read and interpret aircraft weight and balance loading instructions, hazardous material labels, aircraft loading manifests, and baggage/cargo routing tags
- Ensure safe and secure operations in accordance with health, safety, security standards and government regulations
- Operate small specialized commercial vehicles safely
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Maintain compliance with safety and substance misuse policies
