Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations
- Basic knowledge of airport operations and airline policies beneficial
- Physical ability to lift at least 50 lbs
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Assist passengers through arrival and check-in processes
- Provide support for passengers with special needs such as unaccompanied minors, VIP passengers, and passengers needing wheelchair assistance
- Check to ensure wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags are available for loading upon departure and delivery to passengers upon arrival
- Assist passengers with their personal needs
- Lift bags up to at least 50 lbs, including baggage and other personal items passengers have
- Maintain a professional and positive image at all times
- Work collaboratively with airport staff and management to ensure smooth operations
