Job Requirements

At least 18 years old
good driving record
able to pass a drug screen and background check
1 year customer service experience and data entry or cashier experience

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
minimum of 1 year customer service experience
experience with data entry or cashier duties
good communication skills
ability to work weekends
valid driver’s license

Job Duties

Verify customer paperwork
perform basic vehicle inspections upon return
enter data accurately into company systems
assist customers during vehicle check-out and check-in
report any vehicle damages or discrepancies
maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
provide excellent customer service and support
