Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid state-issued driver’s license
- pass City of Boise background check including criminal history and reference checks
- pass driving record check
- pass Transportation Security Administration background check (SIDA)
- ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds occasionally
- ability to work in varying environmental conditions
- ability to pass physical and sensory requirements
- flexible to work a 24/7 shift schedule including holidays and weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- knowledge of TSA and FAA regulations
- experience in security or law enforcement preferred
- ability to operate security and monitoring technology
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work varying shifts including nights and weekends
Job Duties
- Enforce TSA and FAA regulations
- conduct security patrols across airport property and perimeter fence line
- perform inspections for compliance with airport rules
- address parking and curb violations
- monitor CCTV and access control systems
- respond to emergencies and medical incidents
- provide customer service and support to airlines and airport vendors
