Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Two years of relevant aviation experience including one year in airport operations or inspections
  • Associate degree or higher will meet education and experience requirements
  • Valid driver’s license with good driving record
  • Must pass TSA background check
  • Availability to work varying shifts including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • May be subject to 24/7 emergency call outs
  • Some positions require Movement Area certification within probationary period

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Two years of aviation experience including airport operations, inspections, or security
  • Associate degree or higher in any field meets education and experience requirements
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals
  • Skilled in using communications and information management software
  • Knowledge of FAA regulations and airport policies
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to handle emergency situations professionally

Job Duties

  • Answers and responds to customers and patrons regarding airport operations and services
  • Inspects airport facilities daily to ensure compliance with FAA regulations and operational readiness
  • Assists airlines with various requests including spill calls and incident reporting
  • Maintains records of all communications and incidents related to airport operations
  • Inputs and monitors maintenance work orders and manages tenant security access
  • Acts as a liaison providing information and service to airport tenants and responding to policy inquiries
  • Coordinates emergency responses using communications software, ensuring appropriate agencies are notified
