Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- two to three years of operations management experience
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- ability to manage budgets and analyze financial performance
- ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and staff
- must be able to pass background checks and obtain required airport badge
- ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Job Qualifications
- two to three years of proven operations management experience
- good communication skills both written and verbal
- good customer service skills
- knowledge of MS Office including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- must meet all requirements to receive required airport badge
Job Duties
- act as a communications interface between regional and corporate management and the clients
- monitor and manage the financial performance of locations
- develop and manage budgets
- develop proposals and make recommendations to improve operating procedures
- coordinate with clients and vendors and manage purchase of equipment and services
- manage and develop management personnel
- ensure employees understand expectations and their role in company success
- recruit, hire and project staffing needs
- manage employee performance evaluations and development plans
- oversee airport operations to ensure compliance with safety and legal standards
- implement injury and illness prevention programs
- conduct regular inspections and audits
- assist regional management with special projects
- perform other duties as assigned
