Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to obtain credentials as required by airport state or customs authorities
  • Must be able to constantly lift up to 70lbs and more push pull walk stand reach above shoulder stoop squat kneel bend reach out grasp
  • Must be able to frequently climb and crawl
  • Must be able to work rotating shifts including nights weekends holidays and overtime
  • Must be able and open to working in outside weather conditions including severe seasonal elements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to obtain credentials as required by airport state or customs authorities

Job Duties

  • Assist passengers with a friendly welcome through arrivals and check-in including support for special needs such as unaccompanied minors VIP passengers and passengers needing wheelchair assistance
  • Handle all aspects of ticketing and check-in using computerized systems including boarding baggage services reservations and complaint resolution
  • Direct passengers through Customs Immigration and Quarantine
  • Assist ramp agents to ensure wheelchairs strollers and gate-checked bags are available for loading upon departure and delivery upon arrival
  • Communicate with customer service team members to maintain high levels of service
  • Complete paperwork and reports related to customer service
  • Adhere to all safety procedures and policies
  • Perform other related duties as assigned within skill experience and capabilities
  • Complete work in a safe and secure manner following company safety and operational standards
  • Report safety and security incidents and potential hazards according to the Unifi Fair and Just Culture Policy
