Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must be well-groomed and presentable
- Must be able to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time

Job Duties
- Meet and greet guests at baggage claim area
- Ensure guest is on the appropriate transfer as indicated on the manifest sheets
- Properly label the guest luggage with full name, name of the ship and cruise line, stateroom, or cabin
- Guide guests to appropriate waiting area for ground transportation or bus loading zone
- Take final head count of guests and note any issues (e.g., early flights, missing luggage/items, medical conditions)
- Direct guests with missing luggage to appropriate airline representative/counter
