- Experience in car or truck rental preferred
- Knowledge of profit and loss management

Job Duties
- Manage all activities at the airport related to customer service and vehicle rental
- Plan and implement staffing schedules based on business demands
- Oversee staff including exempt and non-exempt personnel
- Coordinate customer shuttle services between rental counters, vehicles, and airline terminals
- Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
- Provide statistical data on transactions and revenue projections
- Assist in annual budget preparation
- Monitor fuel pricing charges
- Implement human resource policies
