Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 to 4 years of related culinary experience preferred
  • Open availability to work any shift
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Basic food safety knowledge
  • Reliable transportation to travel to the airport lounge location
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English

  • Ability to prepare and present nutritious dishes
  • Basic knowledge of recipes and cooking techniques

Job Duties

  • Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
  • Read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing various food items
  • Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
  • Support management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Reduce food waste by implementing sustainable cooking practices
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
