Job Requirements
- bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 5 years management experience
- minimum 5 years functional experience
- proven food and beverage management experience in high-volume, luxury branded hotels or upscale dining venues
- strong leadership skills
- ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization
- ability to direct and lead large teams
- excellent communication skills
- passion for customer service
- flexibility to take on additional responsibilities
- working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems
- experience in financials and oversight

Job Duties
- have oversight of daily food operations and deliver a high-quality product
- achieve company and client financial targets and goals
- develop and maintain client and customer relationships
- motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline (hourly) staff
- ensure Sodexo standards are met including compliance with company food and physical safety programs
- be fully versed in profit and loss, inventory and fiscal responsibilities of operating a standalone business
