Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work any assigned shift with open availability
- 0 - 2 years previous related experience is beneficial
- Must be a team-oriented and adaptable individual
- Reliable and punctual attendance
- Commitment to maintaining a healthy and safe working environment
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and safety procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 0 - 2 years of related cooking experience beneficial
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to follow recipes and prepare food consistently
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Adaptable and reliable with a positive attitude
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role
Job Duties
- Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods, which may include breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
- Read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing various food items
- May prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized kitchen workspace
- Assist in reducing food waste by using resources efficiently
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
