Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0 to 2 years of related experience preferred
- Availability to work any shift including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand and work for extended periods
- Must be able to follow health and safety regulations
- Must have good communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a food preparation or cook role is beneficial but not mandatory
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong team orientation and communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Job Duties
- Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods
- Read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing various food items
- Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
- Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Assist in minimizing food waste by following proper storage and preparation guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen
- Perform other duties as assigned by management based on client needs
