Job Requirements

  • 0-2 years of previous related experience beneficial
  • Ability to work afternoon and evening shifts
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Ability to follow instructions and food safety guidelines
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen duties
  • Willingness to work as part of a team and maintain a positive work environment

Job Duties

  • Prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
  • Read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions accurately
  • Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte or operate a grill station as needed
  • Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
  • Reduce food waste and maintain a healthy, safe working environment
  • Support team-oriented efforts and adapt to changing business needs
  • Perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
