Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 0-2 years of related food preparation experience preferred
  • ability to work any shift with open availability
  • dependable and punctual
  • basic knowledge of food safety standards
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen duties
  • willingness to follow company policies and procedures

Job Duties

  • Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and cold food items for various meal periods, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
  • read and follow basic recipes and product directions for preparing various food items
  • prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
  • attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • perform other duties as assigned that may differ among accounts based on business necessities and client requirements
