Job Duties
- Prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and cold food items for meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special catered events
- Read and follow recipes and product directions accurately
- Operate grill station and/or prepare food for a la carte service
- Attend work on time and with satisfactory regularity for scheduled shifts
- Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs and client requirements
- Work collaboratively as part of the team to reduce food waste
- Ensure customer service excellence with a positive attitude
