Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 0 to 2 years of related culinary or food preparation experience beneficial
  • Ability to follow recipes and food safety guidelines
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Adaptability to varying shift schedules
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
  • Customer service orientation with a positive demeanor

Job Duties

  • Prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and cold food items for meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special catered events
  • Read and follow recipes and product directions accurately
  • Operate grill station and/or prepare food for a la carte service
  • Attend work on time and with satisfactory regularity for scheduled shifts
  • Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs and client requirements
  • Work collaboratively as part of the team to reduce food waste
  • Ensure customer service excellence with a positive attitude
