Job Duties
- Prepare portion cook and present a variety of hot and cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast lunch dinner and special events
- Read and follow recipes and product directions for preparing food items
- Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte or operate a grill station
- Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
- Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are maintained
- Collaborate with team members to reduce food waste and enhance customer service
