Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or hospitality cleaning preferred
  • Must be able to stand for long durations during shifts
  • Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
  • Must be capable of walking, bending, twisting, and performing physical job functions
  • Ability to handle fast-paced work environments and up to 10-hour shifts
  • Adherence to local and state health department guidelines
  • Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Must pass security background check and obtain airport clearance

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge of housekeeping/janitorial concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Ability to maintain a presentable and polished appearance according to service standards
  • Capacity to handle the physical demands of the role including standing for long periods
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Familiarity with sanitation regulations and safety protocols
  • Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Pass required security background check and airport clearance

Job Duties

  • Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, break rooms
  • Restock beverage stations
  • Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture and/or draperies using vacuum cleaner and/or shampooers
  • Empties wastebaskets and recyclables and transport to disposal areas
  • Clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, toilets, mirrors, floors in restrooms
  • Replenish restroom supplies, polish metalwork including fixtures and fittings
  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors including scrubbing, waxing, and polishing
  • Wash walls, woodwork, clean windows, door panels, partitions, and window sills
  • Notify supervisor concerning any maintenance repairs or additions
  • Comply with all company safety and risk management policies
  • Dust furniture, fixtures, equipment, and partitions
  • Stand during entire scheduled shift
  • Perform other duties as assigned
