- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks involved in bartending
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 0 to 1 year of related experience in bartending or customer service
- Ability to make a wide range of drink recipes and mix drinks correctly
- Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Holds appropriate license, certification, or permit to bartend if applicable in the work location
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to patrons, directly or through wait staff
- Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks and maintain the bar/cart areas in a neat and sanitary manner
- Record all sales, collect money, operate cash/credit card/electronic payment register
- Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
