Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0 to 1 year of relevant bartending or customer service experience
- valid liquor license or certification if required by the city and state
- ability to work any shift including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions
- dependable and punctual with strong team spirit
- compliance with all health and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 0 to 1 year of relevant experience in bartending or customer service
- knowledge of beverage preparation and mixology techniques
- ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- if applicable, possession of valid liquor license or certification to serve alcohol in the city and state
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service
- mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to customers directly or through service staff
- cut and remove fruit pits to garnish drinks and keep the cart/bar areas clean and sanitary
- record all sales, handle payments, and operate electronic cash registers/credit card machines
- attend work and arrive on scheduled shifts on time with regularity
- perform other tasks as assigned depending on business needs and client requirements
