Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- basic knowledge of drink mixing and bartending practices
- must be able to work varying shifts including nights and weekends
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- must comply with all local and state liquor laws
- ability to operate cash register and handle transactions accurately

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service
- mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to patrons directly or through wait staff
- slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks and maintain bar and cart areas in a neat and sanitary manner
- record all sales and handle cash, credit card, and electronic payment registers
- attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
