Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0 to 1 year of related experience
- ability to work afternoon and evening shifts on varying days
- possession of bartending license, certification, or permit if required by local law
- strong customer service skills
- ability to operate cash registers and handle sales transactions
- physical ability to stand for extended periods during shifts

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service
- mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to patrons, directly or through wait staff
- slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks and maintain the bar/cart areas in a neat and sanitary manner
- record all sales, collect money, operate a cash/credit card/electronic payment register
- attend work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- perform other duties as assigned, varying by account, depending on business necessities and client requirements
