Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0 - 1 year of experience in bartending or related field
- ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- physical capability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- if applicable, valid bartending license or permit as required by city or state laws

- ability to make a wide range of drink recipes and mix drinks correctly
- holds appropriate bartending license, certification, or permit if applicable
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service
- mix and serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks to patrons, directly or through wait staff
- slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks and maintain the bar/cart areas in a neat and sanitary manner
- record all sales, collect money, operate a cash/credit card/electronic payment register
- attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- perform other duties as assigned that may differ among accounts
