Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0 to 1 year of related bartending or customer service experience
- hold appropriate bartending license or certification if required
- ability to work varying shifts including days and hours with open availability preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- capability to operate payment registers and handle cash
- ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards at the bar area

- appropriate license, certification, or permit to bartend if applicable
- ability to make a wide range of drink recipes and mix drinks correctly

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service
- mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to patrons directly or through wait staff
- slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks and maintain the bar and cart areas in a neat and sanitary manner
- record all sales, collect money, operate a cash, credit card, or electronic payment register
- attend work and show up for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
