Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Reliable transportation to and from the airport
- Able to lift 50 lbs without assistance
- Physically able to be on feet during an entire shift, including walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling and crouching
- Ability to pass a 10 year federal background check
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good command of the English language both verbal and written
- Professional personality and strong customer service knowledge
- Positive attitude and willingness to get along with co-workers
Job Duties
- Greeting, engaging with and registering customers at reception
- Replenishing deli counter with food and drinks
- Topping up drinks stations and maintaining stock levels
- Serving beer, wine and other beverages from a fully tendered bar
- Bussing tables, sanitizing, dishwashing and maintaining high levels of cleanliness
- Assisting with deliveries and stock rotation
- Regularly stocking and cleaning restroom facilities every hour
- Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors as needed
- Delivering exceptional customer service with every guest interaction
- Performing other duties as assigned
