Job Requirements
- Lounge agents must be 21 years of age or older
- reliable transportation to and from the airport
- able to lift 50 lbs without assistance
- physically able to be on your feet during an entire shift (8 hrs)
- walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and crouching
- ability to pass a 10 yr. federal background check
Job Qualifications
- Good command of the English language both verbal and written
- high school diploma or equivalent
- positive attitude and willingness to get along with co-workers
- professional personality and strong customer service knowledge
Job Duties
- Greeting, engaging with and registering customers at reception
- replenishing our deli counter with food and drinks
- topping up our drinks stations and maintaining stock levels
- serving beer, wine and other beverages from our fully tendered bar
- bussing tables, sanitizing, dish washing and maintaining high levels of cleanliness at all times
- assisting with deliveries and stock rotation
- regularly stocking and cleaning restroom facilities every hour
- sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors as needed
- deliver exceptional customer service with every guest interaction
- other duties as assigned
