Job Requirements
- Lounge agents must be 21 years of age or older
- high school diploma or equivalent
- good command of English both verbal and written
- reliable transportation to and from the airport
- able to lift 50 lbs without assistance
- physically able to be on feet for an entire shift (8 hrs)
- able to perform walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and crouching
- positive attitude and willingness to get along with co-workers
- ability to pass a 10-year federal background check
- professional personality and strong customer service knowledge

Job Duties
- Greeting, engaging with and registering customers at reception
- replenishing deli counter with food and drinks
- topping up drinks stations and maintaining stock levels
- serving beer, wine and other beverages from the bar
- bussing tables, sanitizing, dishwashing and maintaining cleanliness
- assisting with deliveries and stock rotation
- regularly stocking and cleaning restroom facilities
- sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors as needed
- delivering exceptional customer service
- performing other duties as assigned
