Job Requirements
- Lounge agents must be 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation to and from the airport
- Able to lift 50 lbs without assistance
- Physically able to be on feet during entire shift walking bending stooping twisting reaching pulling pushing kneeling and crouching
- Positive attitude and willingness to get along with co-workers
- Ability to pass a 10 year federal background check
- Professional personality and strong customer service knowledge

Job Duties
- Greeting engaging with and registering customers at reception
- Replenishing deli counter with food and drinks
- Topping up drinks stations and maintaining stock levels
- Serving beer wine and other beverages from the fully tendered bar
- Bussing tables sanitizing dishwashing and maintaining high levels of cleanliness
- Assisting with deliveries and stock rotation
- Regularly stocking and cleaning restroom facilities every hour
- Sweeping mopping and vacuuming floors as needed
- Deliver exceptional customer service with every guest interaction
- Other duties as assigned
