Job Requirements
- Lounge agents must be 21 years of age or older
- Reliable transportation to and from the airport
- Able to lift 50 lbs without assistance
- Physically able to be on your feet during an entire shift (8 hrs)
- Ability to walk, bend, stoop, twist, reach, pull, push, kneel, and crouch
- Commitment to upholding Swissport’s core values
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Positive attitude and willingness to get along with co-workers
- Ability to pass a 10 year federal background check
- Professional personality and strong customer service knowledge
- Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Greeting, engaging with and registering customers at reception
- Replenishing our deli counter with food and drinks
- Topping up our drinks stations and maintaining stock levels
- Serving beer, wine and other beverages from our fully tendered bar
- Bussing tables, sanitizing, dish washing and maintaining high levels of cleanliness at all times
- Assisting with deliveries and stock rotation
- Regularly stocking and cleaning restroom facilities, every hour
- Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors as needed
- Deliver exceptional customer service with every guest interaction
- Other duties as assigned
