Job Requirements

  • Must be able to constantly push, pull up to 70 lbs, walk, stand, reach above shoulder, stoop, squat, kneel, and bend
  • will have to occasionally lift, move and carry weights up to 70 lbs, climb and crawl
  • must be able to work in rotating shifts and hours, nights, weekends and holidays, overtime
  • must be able and open to work in outside weather conditions which may include severe seasonal elements

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • has a driving license
  • must be able to obtain and maintain the license required for driving lavatory service vehicle
  • must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements

Job Duties

  • Operate the lavatory equipment
  • ensure timely availability of lavatory equipment, including its fueling and maintenance
  • service aircraft lavatories by emptying waste receptacles
  • use lavatory and sanitary water equipment to empty, flush and fill aircraft systems
  • follow environmental procedures while emptying waste trucks and fueling the same
  • clean aircraft lavatories and empty waste receptacles
  • adhere to all safety and other procedures and policies
