Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to navigate electronic devices
- Must have high school diploma or GED
- Capable of processing information timely
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must clear a FBI fingerprint background check
- Able to proficiently speak, read, and write in English
- Previous ramp or airline experience
- Must successfully complete training requirements and maintain certifications
- Physically fit to perform job duties including lifting up to 70 pounds
- Willingness to work variable shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Able to work in outdoor conditions with loud noise exposure
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous ramp or airline experience
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to use electronic devices such as computers, fax machines, printers, timeclocks
- Proficient English speaking, reading, and writing
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to complete and maintain training and certification requirements
- Understanding of commercial issues in aviation
Job Duties
- Report to work on a regular and timely basis
- Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and/or vacuuming
- Gather trash and empty cans
- Service, clean, and supply restrooms
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners
- Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment and polish furniture and fixtures
- Mix water and detergents or acids to prepare cleaning solutions
- Follow procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment use
- Steam-clean and shampoo carpets
- Strip, seal, finish, and polish floors
- Operate vehicles and equipment required for cleaning or travel
- Requisition supplies and equipment
- Spray insecticides and fumigants to prevent infestation
- Check, clean, sort, count, salvage, and store equipment
- Work independently or as part of a team
