Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a general manager or 2+ years as a multi-unit manager in restaurants, hospitality, or concessions
  • proven success managing high-volume operations with $3M+ annual sales
  • strong financial acumen including experience with budgets, profit and loss statements, and labor forecasting
  • skilled in developing people, fostering accountability, and building a positive team culture
  • ability to work flexibly and take a hands-on leadership approach in a fast-paced, highly regulated airport environment
  • capability to obtain and maintain required airport security badging

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a general manager or 2+ years as a multi-unit manager in restaurants, hospitality, or concessions

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily operations across one or multiple restaurant locations within the airport
  • lead, coach, and develop management teams and hourly staff
  • drive results in labor management, cost of goods (COGS), average transaction value (ATV), and sales per enplanement (SPE)
  • ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and union guidelines
  • deliver an exceptional guest experience while maintaining brand standards
  • partner cross-functionally with airport leadership, franchisors, and union representatives
