Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent education
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements
- Supervisory experience is required

- Supervisory experience is required
- Two years of relevant work experience in the aviation or ground handling services industry preferred
Job Duties
- Supervises and coordinates team activities related to the operation
- Coaches, counsels and mentors employees, including issuing disciplinary action as required
- Assists in recruiting, administrative, payroll, employee scheduling, and general administrative duties
- Monitors staffing and overtime use and operational and financial performance of the assigned station
- Promotes team-building initiatives to develop and motivate team members
- Monitors and enforces safe working conditions in accordance with regulatory requirements, Unifi policies and safety procedures, and all applicable laws
- Promotes and adheres to policies concerning safety, anti-harassment and equal employment opportunity
- Performs other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for this position
- Completes work in a safe and secure manner, following company safety and operational standards
- Immediately reports safety and security incidents as well as potential hazards in line with the Unifi Fair and Just Culture Policy
