Job Requirements
- Class B license with passenger endorsement
- Ability to work full-time or part-time shifts as scheduled
- Willingness to pass a physical examination as part of the selection process
- Adherence to airport, federal DOT, and state regulations
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to follow safety protocols and drive safely
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school education or equivalent
- Previous driver and/or customer service experience preferred
- Clean driving record
- Currently holds, or is able to obtain, a CDL and any applicable licenses or badges required to operate a commercial vehicle
- Able to read and speak the English language sufficiently (DOT requirement)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds to assist with luggage
Job Duties
- Safely transports up to 15 passengers to and from the airport terminal and TPS parking locations while adhering to all safe driving practices
- Greets each customer with a smile, offering to assist with their luggage
- Provides pleasant customer service
- Demonstrates knowledge of the facility and airport terminals
- Cooperates with all team members to provide the best possible service
- Complies with all applicable regulations and requirements governing operation of commercial vehicles
- Performs additional duties as reasonably requested by management
