Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work overnight shifts from 11 PM to 7 AM on Friday through Monday
- Must be able to pass a federal background check and obtain PDX Airport badge
- Must have a clean driving record and pass a motor vehicle record check
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Current Oregon food handler's card and OLCC server permit
- Working smartphone with Gmail access
- Commitment to Blue Star Donuts core values
- Willingness to work both independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in kitchen or hospitality preferred

- Completion of Blue Star training programs
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs

- Preferred 1-2 years of kitchen experience
- Preferred 1-2 years of hospitality experience
- Preferred experience utilizing Google Workspace, Slack, and Paycom
Job Duties
- Adhere to Blue Star policies, procedures, and standards
- Maintain safety and sanitation in the kitchen and company vehicles
- Work independently and as a team player in production and inventory management
- Follow delivery routes and schedules
- Verify and deliver inventory to the PDX Airport
- Maintain company vehicles and complete required documentation
- Organize and manage inventory in the storage area at the airport
- Communicate with Airport Management to determine inventory needs and bring supplies to the primary location
- Complete daily production glazing and garnishing tasks
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks
