Job Requirements

Must be willing to work in stressful, time-oriented environment
Must be flexible with changing priorities
Must comply with all work rules and regulations
Ability to carry, lift, push and pull over 50 lbs
Ability to stand, bend, lift and move during shifts of 8 or more hours
Ability to walk, stoop, bend, and stand during long shifts
Ability to work in extreme varying temperatures
Must pass pre-employment and random drug screenings
Must pass criminal background check including TSA and Customs requirements
Must perform work using required personal protective equipment
Must maintain regular attendance
Must be flexible to work overnight, weekends, and holidays
Must comply with all Sky Cafe rules and regulations

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in food service or dish room work preferred
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
Knowledge of food safety practices
Ability to use personal protective equipment properly
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication skills and teamwork orientation

Job Duties

Maintain and sanitize dish room equipment according to specifications
Sort dishes and equipment based on needs
Work efficiently in time-sensitive environment
Comply with all work rules and safety regulations
Carry, lift, push, and pull items over 50 lbs
Stand, bend, and move for shifts over 8 hours
Kit, pack, and build equipment and supplies to specification
Perform internal quality control and ensure compliance with food safety standards
Deliver assorted products to proper staging areas
Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
