Job Requirements

Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and random drug tests
Must pass criminal background check including TSA and Customs requirements
Must be able to perform physical tasks including lifting and moving 50+ lbs
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and move for shifts of 8 hours or longer
Must work in varying temperature conditions
Must comply with all work rules and regulations
Must be flexible to work overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus
Ability to work efficiently under time constraints
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to follow safety and sanitary regulations
Capability to work well as part of a team
Familiarity with personal protective equipment (PPE) usage

Job Duties

Maintain and sanitize all dish room equipment
Sort dishes and supplies according to specifications and needs
Work in a fast-paced, time-oriented environment
Carry, lift, push, and pull heavy items over 50 lbs
Stand, bend, walk, and move continuously during shifts of 8 or more hours
Use personal protective equipment properly
Ensure all product meets required ready times
Kit and pack items according to customer specifications
Assemble and deliver products to proper staging areas
Perform internal quality control checks
Comply with food safety and quality standards
Adhere to all Sky Cafe safety rules and regulations
