Job Requirements
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- Ability to lift and carry freight weighing up to 50 lbs
- Able to operate delivery truck
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time and climb in and out of vehicle
- Ability to follow instructions and complete the required training
- Ability to work independently and or as a team member
Job Qualifications
- Must maintain proper credentials for Airport delivery
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize manage and perform multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to meet and or exceed the established customer service objectives
- Must have valid driver's license in the state where residing
- Ability to count and perform basic math with or without a calculator
- Clean driving record required
Job Duties
- Perform daily pre-trip safety inspections on all equipment
- Verify and complete the required documentation and reports
- Comply with hazardous material regulations and procedures
- Follow dispatch instructions and communicate as required including but not limited to delays arrivals and equipment problems
- Demonstrate internal and external customer service
- Oversee Airport Runner to assure proper delivery
- Comply with all applicable laws safety standards as well as company policies and procedures
- Loading and unloading of vehicle and confirming proper counts
