Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- ability to pass pre-employment drug screen
- ability to pass up to a 10-year background check
- must be at least 18 years of age
- authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
- completion of SIDA training for airport authority identification security
- flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
- physical ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 70 pounds regularly and 40-50 pounds repetitively
- ability to walk, climb, bend, kneel, crawl, and stoop frequently
- ability to work in cramped or high places
- ability to carry heavy items up and down jetway stairs

Job Duties
- Supervises and coordinates daily activities of employees to ensure safe and effective operations
- monitors and enforces safe working habits according to OSHA/TSA/DOT/FAA regulations and Unifi policies
- manages shift assignments including workstation allocation, training, breaks, vacations, overtime, and absences
- enforces company policies and procedures and handles disciplinary actions
- promotes equal employment opportunity and addresses employee relations issues
- communicates with manager regarding problems and operational issues
- schedules and conducts shift meetings
- performs customer service duties such as assisting passengers with check-in, ticketing, boarding, baggage, reservations, and resolving complaints
- performs other related duties as assigned within skill and experience
