Job Requirements

  • Must be a local in-state resident
  • must have a high school diploma or GED
  • must hold a valid in-state driver’s license
  • must pass pre-employment drug screening
  • must pass up to a 10-year background check
  • must be at least 18 years old
  • must have legal authorization to work in the US
  • must complete ramp and SIDA training
  • must be able to carry heavy items up and down jetway stairs
  • must be alert to moving vehicles and aircraft and able to use radio equipment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • valid in-state driver’s license
  • ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
  • ability to pass up to a 10-year background check
  • authorization to work in the United States
  • completion of ramp and SIDA training
  • good physical strength and stamina to carry heavy items and navigate jetway stairs
  • at least 18 years of age

Job Duties

  • Assist passengers with baggage pick-up
  • resolve issues with delayed, lost, or damaged items
  • utilize computer software to track and catalog luggage
  • handle customer interactions efficiently, effectively, and professionally
  • perform other related duties within the scope of the position
  • lift, carry, push, pull, and move items weighing 70 pounds or more regularly
  • alert to moving vehicles or aircraft and operate radio equipment
