Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- must be at least 18 years of age
- must be able to obtain credentials required by airport, state, or customs regulations
- must be able to constantly lift up to 70 pounds and more
- must be able to push, pull, walk, stand, reach above shoulder, stoop, squat, kneel, bend, reach out, and grasp
- must frequently climb and crawl
- must be able to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
- must be able and willing to work in outside weather conditions including severe seasonal elements

Job Duties
- Assist passengers with a friendly welcome through arrival and check-in including support for special needs passengers such as unaccompanied minors and those needing wheelchair assistance
- handle all aspects of ticketing and check-in by operating computerized systems including boarding and baggage services
- resolve passenger complaints and problems related to ticketing and baggage
- direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine
- assist ramp agents to manage wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags for loading and delivery
- push wheelchairs with passengers through airport areas
- adhere to all safety procedures and policies
- perform other related duties as assigned within skill and experience level
- complete work safely following company safety and operational standards
- immediately report safety and security incidents and potential hazards according to company policy
