Job Requirements
- Must be able to constantly lift up to 70lbs and more, push, pull, walk, stand, reach above shoulder, stoop, squat, kneel, bend, reach out, and grasp
- Frequently climb and crawl
- Must be able to work in rotating shifts and hours including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
- Must be able and open to work in outside weather conditions including severe seasonal elements
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport, state, or customs requirements
Job Duties
- Assist passengers with a friendly welcome through arrival and check-in processes including support for special needs such as unaccompanied minors, VIP passengers, and wheelchair assistance
- Handle all aspects of ticketing and check-in by operating computerized systems including boarding, baggage service, reservations and resolving complaints
- Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine
- Assist ramp agents to ensure availability of wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags for loading and delivery
- Push wheelchairs with passengers through all airport areas
- Adhere to all safety procedures and policies
- Perform other related duties as assigned within appropriate skill, experience, and capabilities
