Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to read, speak, and understand English
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Good communication skills and friendly personality in person and via telephone
- Possess entry-level computer skills
- Occasionally lift bags or items weighing between 50 and 70 pounds
- Pass an extensive post offer pre-employment background check including fingerprinting and criminal history record check
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers promptly and courteously over the phone and in person
- Announce incoming and outbound flights
- Handle credit card and personal check transactions accurately and conduct airline close out procedures
- Accept and process checked baggage up to 100 pounds and load onto conveyor belts
- Operate jetways by placing them in position before aircraft arrival and manage aircraft doors including lifting, opening, closing, and securing
- Use airline computer systems for flight information, ticketing, boarding documents, and baggage/cargo tracking
- Stand and work in the same location for up to four hours at a time
- Escort unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport
- Work independently without direct supervision
