Job Requirements
- Ability to work in early morning rotation
- at least six months experience in face-to-face guest service position preferred
- data entry and/or computer experience preferred
- ability to communicate clearly with guests and clients
- ability to work in outside weather conditions required
- knowledge of airline or travel industry preferred
- must be eligible to work in the United States
- must successfully pass pre-employment criminal background screening
- must pass pre-employment drug testing process

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly as they approach the desk
- assist guests with luggage check-in verifying flight itineraries and bag counts
- input guest information for passengers not previously enrolled
- process check-in including charging for bags per airline requirements
- weigh luggage and charge for overweight bags
- appropriately tag luggage with destination tags
- provide boarding passes, luggage claim tickets, and receipts if applicable
- secure luggage immediately after processing
- maintain excellent verbal and written communication
- keep a positive, friendly and professional manner in all interactions
- organize and stock the concierge desk
- uphold client guest service guidelines and values
- manage guest payments using credit cards
- answer telephones and respond to guest questions
- perform simple addition when managing payments
