Job Requirements

  • Ability to work in early morning rotation
  • at least 6 months experience in guest service preferred
  • data entry or computer experience preferred
  • clear communication skills
  • ability to work outside in all weather conditions
  • knowledge of airline or travel industry preferred
  • must be eligible to work in the United States
  • successful pre-employment criminal background screening
  • pass pre-employment drug testing process
  • follow company appearance guidelines
  • ability to lift up to 70 lbs
  • ability to push luggage cages up to 100 lbs
  • able to stand up to 8 hours
  • tolerate outdoor noise and weather conditions
  • must be clean shaven if male except for mustache, beard, or goatee
  • no visible tattoos or body piercings
  • wear clean and approved uniforms

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Warmly greet guests as they approach the desk
  • assist guests with check-in of luggage to appropriate airlines
  • verify guests' flight itinerary and number of bags
  • input guest information for non-enrolled customers
  • process check-in including charging credit cards for baggage fees
  • weigh guests' bags to verify weight and charge for overweight bags
  • tag guest luggage with destination tags
  • provide boarding passes, luggage claim tickets, and receipts
  • secure luggage immediately after processing
  • maintain excellent verbal and written communication
  • uphold a positive, friendly, and professional manner
  • organize and stock the concierge desk
  • uphold client guest service guidelines and values
  • manage credit card payments
  • answer telephones and guest questions
  • perform simple addition for handling payments
