Job Requirements
- Ability to work in the early morning rotation
- At least 6 months experience in face-to-face guest service preferred
- Data entry and/or computer experience preferred
- Clear communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of the airline or travel industry preferred
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Pass pre-employment criminal background screening
- Pass pre-employment drug testing
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
- Ability to push luggage carts weighing approximately 100 lbs
- Ability to stand for up to eight hours
- Must follow company appearance guidelines
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Must complete airline compliance training within company timeframe
Job Qualifications
- At least 6 months experience in a face-to-face guest service position preferred
- Data entry and/or computer experience preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly with guests and clients
- Knowledge of the airline or travel industry preferred
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to complete airline compliance training

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly as they approach the desk
- Assist guests with check-in of luggage to appropriate airlines
- Verify guest flight itinerary and number of bags
- Input guest information for newcomers
- Process check-in including charging guests' credit cards
- Weigh bags and charge for overweight bags
- Tag luggage appropriately with destination tags
- Provide boarding passes, luggage claim tickets, and receipts
- Secure luggage after processing
- Communicate effectively with guests and maintain professionalism
- Organize and stock the concierge desk
- Uphold client guest service guidelines and values
- Manage guest payments and answer questions
- Perform simple addition for transactions
